Meet Chris
As one of the first psychologists to introduce practitioner-level mental health care in the UK, I witnessed how early life experiences shape who we become. That insight has guided my career and inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others—especially teens—develop a strong, values-driven sense of self. (You can learn more about this work at YourSelfSeries.com.)
Today, I work with emerging adults as they navigate the complexities of modern life, and with parents who want to raise confident, grounded children equipped with the skills to thrive. My background includes training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Schema-Focused Therapy, which I’ve integrated with Internal Family Systems (IFS), positive psychology, and neuroscience-based skill development. In practical terms, that means I create a warm, welcoming space where individuals gain the knowledge, insight, and strategies to move through life with greater clarity and confidence.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife of 33 years, a proud mother of two, and pet parent to three. I’m also an avid (though not necessarily skilled!) soccer player, a huge fan of EDM, Formula 1, and all things Europe. I deeply value time with my friends and family—and feel truly blessed and grateful for the life I live and the work I do.

Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching differs from therapy in that it is more future-focused, solution-oriented and action-based. It begins with the assumption that clients are well and whole, but seeking positive changes in their lives or in need of short-term help in managing a specific life challenge. Coaches endeavor to support clients in creating a future that is in alignment with their values, needs and vision.
-
Yes. Because I work as a Life Coach and not as a psychologist I am able to see clients in every state. However, because I work as a Life Coach and not as a psychologist, my services are not covered by health insurance
-
No. I work differently from other Life Coaches in this regard. You do not need to schedule more than one session at a time: we work according to your needs.
-
We typically meet once a week for a 55 minute session. However, because we work according to what you need, we can meet every two weeks, once a month, or once a quarter- it is entirely up to you. I also book half hour and 45 minute sessions when desired.

In my opinion, the most important factor when choosing to work with someone is personality fit. When you meet a Life Coach, do you get the feeling that you could confide in this person? Does the conversation feel easy and comfortable? Do you feel like you can connect with them? A strong relationship is foundational for growth. As such, choose a good personality fit over the number or prestige of degrees. (But do make sure they do have a degree!)
-
No. Because I work as a Life Coach, I do not take insurance nor am I reimbursable through insurance.
